Our systems can be mounted through exterior walls, on top of buildings, inside mechanical rooms or above the ceiling.

The Smoghog advantage

Electrostatic precipitation technology (ESP) is the key to superior performance. SmogHog ESP systems are more then 95% efficient on mist, smoke and fume removal. Unlike bag or box filters that remove only larger particles. ESP technology electrically charges both large and microscopic contaminants, strips them from the air stream and collects them on grounded collection plates. The resulting discharged air leaves virtually no oil mist, grease or hazardous particles, releasing only clean air.

SmogHog ESP technology ensures constant airflow, unlike barrier filters that can plug and become ineffective. Reuasble Smoghog collection cells eliminate costly filter replacement and disposal resulting in a greener environment and increased savings.

You will benefit from high levels of particulate removal on submicronic particulate (less then 1 micron) which is common in smoke, fume and mist applications. A single pass SmogHog ESP unit removes up to 95% of 0.3 micron particles while a double pass unit increases the overall efficiency to more than 97%.
